Marlborough’s Five Day Gratitude Challenge!

Marlborough students will take a few minutes at the end of the day to write in their gratitude journals. The more children practice gratitude, the better they get at it and the greater the benefits. This helps everyone gain a little perspective and appreciate that while every day may not be good, there is always something good in every day. What are you grateful for?

The positive outcomes of gratitude practice:

  • Gratitude increases happiness.
  • Gratitude creates lasting happiness.
  • Gratitude protects you from both stress and negativity.
  • Gratitude leads to stronger relationships.
