The PAC 2023/24 AGM (Annual General Meeting) & Elections will take place on Monday, June 10th, at 6:30pm – 8:30pm at the Library (West Building).
Registration & refreshments will be from 6:20pm – 6:30 pm.
Childminding will be available on request. Please, email us at marlboroughpacd41@gmail.com by 12pm (noon) on Thursday, June 6.
Nominations for PAC 2024/25 Executive team are still open!
If you have time, energy, ideas, and would like to be more involved in your children’s school life consider joining the PAC Executive team. If your kids enjoyed fun lunches, pumpkin patch, book fair, and would like to have these events and new ones, consider taking on one of the roles.
You can either nominate yourself or parents/guardians you know in our school for any of the PAC executive positions listed below. You can either submit your nominations by email to marlboroughpacd41@gmail.com by June 9th or submit them in person at the Annual General Meeting on Monday, June 10th. When submitting a nomination please include the name of the person, short introduction and the specific PAC executive position you are nominating for.
The PAC Executive would like to amend the PAC Constitution this year to add a Canadian Parents for French (CPF) Representative to the PAC Executive Committee. Please see the attached resolution that will be voted on at the AGM. A copy of the Constitution is also attached for your reference.
Here is a list of the PAC executive positions that are available for nominations:
• Chair (President)
• Vice-chair (Vice-President)
• Treasurer
• Secretary (2 positions)
• DPAC (District Parent Advisory Committee) Representative (2 positions)
• Member-at-Large (2 positions)
• Canadian Parents for French (CPF) Representative* (to be voted at the AGM)
