Pumpkin-Patch, Friday October 28th

On Friday, October 28th, our grounds will be
“magically” transformed into a farmer’s dream…. fields full of healthy, orange pumpkins that don’t require any weeding or watering! In order to build school spirit and to celebrate the season, all of the students at Ecole Marlborough will get an opportunity to search for the perfect autumn pumpkin companion with their Buddy classes.

  • bring a cloth bag with handles labeled with your child’s name to carry their pumpkin from the school to home (Plastic grocery bags may not be strong enough).
  • Dress appropriately for the weather (i.e.: rubber boots, raincoat with a hood).
  • Parents are welcome to join.  Please check with your teacher to find out what time your class will attend the pumpkin patch

Thank you to our school PAC for purchasing the pumpkins this year!!

On Tuesday, November 1, we encourage students to bring back their carved pumpkin so it can be displayed for the pumpkin parade! All pumpkins that are brought back will be composted at the end of the day. We are looking forward to a rewarding harvest celebration!
