Our students participated in our annual Terry Fox Run on Friday, September 18. Classes walked, jogged, or ran around the school oval at various times throughout the day as we celebrated Terry Fox’s legacy of courage, determination, and hope.
Leading up to Friday, students learned about Terry Fox and the Marathon of Hope through classroom activities and school announcements. Students had the opportunity to reflect on Terry’s message of perseverance, compassion, and making a difference.
Fundraising is optional. Pledge forms have been sent home for families who wish to support cancer research. Donations can be made by returning the completed pledge form to the school or by donating online through our school’s Terry Fox Foundation page:
